Three people were injured in hit-and-run crashes in Denver’s West Colfax and Central Business District neighborhoods early Saturday morning, according to police.
Denver Police Department officers responded to the first hit-and-run crash near West 14th Avenue and North Yates Street, the agency posted on social media at 2:05 a.m. A bicyclists was hit by a driver and taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
Police reported a second crash less than an hour later, with officers called to a hit-and-run near 17th and Welton streets, officials posted at 2:51 a.m. A driver hit two people on a scooter, who were both taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
