The Globeville, Elyria-Swansea Coalition used $2.7 million in public dollars last month to buy a 0.7-acre site along Brighton Boulevard just north of Interstate 70. Denver quietly gave 20 additional acres to a developer in the city’s land swap deal to acquire the former Park Hill Golf Course, which opened to the public as a park on Tuesday.
