The six-bedroom, 11-bath home at 5650 E. Stanford Drive was constructed at 5650 E. Stanford Drive in 2012, one year after the property was purchased by the Laura Anne Smallen Joint Living Trust and the Lawrence Henry Smallen Joint Living Trust for $975,000.
The home boasts panoramic mountain views and a dramatic two-story great room with a towering stone fireplace. There’s a commercial Brunswick two-lane bowling alley with ball return and scoring, an indoor swim spa, an infrared sauna and an eight-seat theater room, plus a temperature-controlled wine room and an exercise room with a full hair and nail salon.
Additional amenities include two outdoor kitchens, an oversized pool with natural filtration, a rock waterfall, and a regulation-size lighted tennis court.
The Smallens listed the home in May with Larry Hotz of Kentwood Real Estate DTC.
The home was purchased for its list price on Aug. 11 by Dragons Buddha Trust, which lists a Minneapolis address. The buyer was represented by Rachel Quincey with LUX Living.

1860 E. Cedar Ave. in Denver: $8.4 million

This three-story home features floating staircases and an elevator. There are multiple outdoor dining and lounge areas, a resort-style pool and spa, a covered terrace and an outdoor kitchen.
The home listed on July 22 for $8.5 million and went under contract on July 30.
Buyers Riley and Nina Kilmer closed on the property on Aug. 18. Riley Kilmer is the co-founder of Spur Intelligence Corporation, a cybersecurity firm.

1110 E. Layton Ave. in Cherry Hills Village: $8 million

Details: Entered for comp purposes, Faithful Leap LLC closed on the 8,262-square-foot mansion on Aug. 12. The entity lists an address that corresponds to a San Francisco office of the Jordan Park Group, a financial investment company.
In November, the Jordan Park Group used 4949 South Franklin LLC to spend $9 million to buy 4949 S. Franklin in Cherry Hills Village.
Sellers Andreas and Stacey Panayiotou purchased the six-bedroom, nine-bath home for $6.4 million in May 2023. Andreas Panayiotou is Pfizer’s chief marketing officer, and Stacey Panayiotou is Kimberly-Clark’s chief human resources officer.

9650 S. Cougar Road in Littleton: $6 million

ERH Revocable Trust purchased the home for $4.3 million in January 2021 and listed it for $6.8 million on May 25.
Mark and Charlotte Brown closed on the home on Aug. 5 for just over $6 million.

45 S. Bellaire St. in Denver: $5.7 million

Details: The KAT Trust and the PRT Trust purchased this two-story, 7,000-square-foot brick home in the Hilltop neighborhood on Aug. 15 from 8340 Investments LLC.
The seller purchased the five-bedroom, six-bath home for $1.6 million in September 2023. The house was initially constructed in 1941.
