Five people were injured in three Denver shootings Saturday night and Sunday morning, police said.

No arrests have been announced in any of the incidents, including a triple shooting in the 4400 block of East Jewell Avenue early Sunday morning.

Around 5:40 a.m. Sunday, Denver police officials said officers were investigating a shooting on East Jewell Avenue in the city’s Virginia Village neighborhood.

Paramedics originally took one person to the hospital but, in a 6:15 a.m. update, police said two more victims were later found and also taken to hospitals. The extent of their injuries remains unknown.

The night before, around 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Denver officers responded to the first of the three shootings.

Paramedics took one person to the hospital Saturday night after a shooting in the 12000 block of East Albrook Drive in the city’s Montbello neighborhood, according to a statement from the police department. The extent of the victim’s injuries remains unknown.

A fifth victim was shot early Sunday morning in the 2300 block of Welton Street in Denver’s Five Points neighborhood, Denver investigators said in a 3:04 a.m. statement. The extent of the victim’s injuries remains unknown.

In all three cases, information about the victims, events leading up to the shooting and suspects was unavailable Sunday morning.

This is a developing story and may be updated.
