U.S. 6 over Loveland Pass is closed in both directions and Interstate 70 eastbound is closed near Frisco for safety concerns, according to the Colorado Department of Transportation.
A winter storm is expected to drop up to 7 inches of snow on Loveland Pass and 4 inches of snow near Frisco overnight, according to the National Weather Service.
I-70 eastbound is closed between exit 203 for east Frisco and exit 216 for Loveland Pass.
